The structure for the first BODYVIVE™ class is as follows:

Heart Fitness

01. Rise and Shine - is designed to warm up your body
02. Connect and Go - The chi ball helps you connect to your core. Being more in touch with your body means you can enjoy better results and there's the fun factor too!
03. Dance Cardio - To work the muscles of 'gait', ie the muscles that strap the hip to stabilise this joint and to have fun dancing


Functional Strength

04. Balance and Leg Strength - To improve balance on one leg and to build leg strength for everyday life
05. Upper Body-Strength - To strengthen the upper body and improve your postural muscles


Heart Fitness

06. Interactive Cardio - To learn good power-walking technique and improve heart fitness
07. Fitness Cardio - To raise your heart rate more and to work the legs strongly


Functional Strength

08. Hip and Upper Body Strength - To further strengthen the muscles around the hip and upper body

Core and Restore

09. Tai Chi and Yoga - To re-focus and lower heart rate
